Just found some time to give an update. I finally got down to Helidon to see the van for myself, with a lot of help from a forum member from T'mba and he wishes to remain nameless. But I owe him a huge thankyou. Well the van lived up to the condition that was explained to me over the phone. I feel very fortunate to have found what I was looking for. The owner was very sad to part with it but needed to finance the balance of his HK Brougham resto. I now have the van at home and looking forward to doing some touring. A big thanks to My Sandman and my new mountain man friend. See you in a fortnight.
