Fords that are welcome in my shed are v8 xr falcon/fairmont, xa gt coupe/sedan or an xe esp the only ford I've owned is a crap ef falcon bought it instead of a vs v8 cause my son was just about to be born and needed a family car not something to play around with , shoulda got the crummy dore as the falcon dropped its coolant a day or two later then all sorts of repairs so no more fords for me unless it's one of the ones above. I do have an xe fairmont ghia that's had a v8-4 sp fitted but needs a rebuild and repaint, scum have removed some bits since sitting.

I had a 1964 xm falcon coupe with a 250 2V and a toploader. It was gunmetal grey with a vinyl roof. It looked cool as being pillarless windows rolled down!

In the early eighties I looked at an xy GT for $8000. Should've, could've, would've. i ended up with a succession of family sedans Xd, xf and ed.

Haha, my first car to drive on the road after getting my license was an ex PMG HJ panelvan, 3 on the tree with a 173 low compression engine... Bought from govt. auctions at Eagle Farm for $1500 with 42,000 km on the clock... Try as I did I never succeeded in killing that engine.
