We used to do it to trike engines, same basic 90 or 110cc engines. XL125 crank, XL175 head and barrel with big bore kit, 750/4 carby, oil coller and run them on methanol to keep them cool.
There's a facebook page for postie bikes I've seen. Some pretty insane stuff they are doing to them.
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
A workmate of my wife rat rodded one, looked pretty cool.
He took another on an outback tour as a lark.
Bloke I work with fitted a turbo to one. Smallest turbo ive ever seen but didn't it make the old postie come alive. Same guy and his mate did a tour of Borneo on postie bikes, must have rocks in their heads.
