Geez i have a new found respect for graphic designers....not easy making it look clean, modern etc etc

Not sold on the font at the bottom and there is one too many colours in the logo itself.....but i guess thats an easy fix.

I think yours is a winner. maybe change the white and the outline to the same as the Sandman red then its three colours.
