Glenn you asked about dy3 onto a dark green. Here is the photo of the ute I was talking about.
From memory that is the combination. I would also like to see a photo of the DY1 decals on a Jade Green Sandman if anyone has one so I can compare.

Nah, aftermarket. I got mine from Freedom fibreglass in 1983.
Never did make it onto a Ute I owned. Was a garden seat for some time.
seems they have a few uses
1899 Jade green on a HX is actually DY4 (Bright Yellow/Light Orange/Dark Orange) according to my HX colour/trim album.
Thanks for that, is the DY3 slightly darker than the DY4?
