    I believe the change over was around the end of Sept. 78 to the black glovebox lock and ignition switch. (end of year change.... model update)

    so when did the change from double prong stainless to stainless single prong occur?, start of HZ?

    I think the main reason this change occurred was the change of key design to a plastic end
