Looks absolutely shocking in the Hunter and Central Coast of NSW. Terrible storms.

I normally cop all the bad weather being right on the coast, but it's been surprisingly light here. Rain has been fairly constant, but not torrential. I even managed to get a few bikes painted on Tuesday afternoon.
Our water tank's full now so that'll be enough thanks. Car club run on Wednesday and I don't want to be out in crappy weather.

Hope everyone that is copping the heavy stuff is OK.

Still no power, been out since Tuesday before lunchtime. I went out and grabbed a 5kVA alternator and we are running fridges, some lights and just fired the PC and 'Web access up.

Lots of rain, but looks to be over for now. Winds were back up last night and some really BIG trees down on nearby blocks, but they all appear to be spotted gums - I lost all those in the 2007 storm and only have Ironbarks, Turpentines and a few Angopheras.

The only damage was a big 8" limb from an Ironbark speared straight through the Bobcat's radiator cover and radiator.

Yes, but $1000 for a radiator and probably $300 for the cover. Still if that is all I get I am happy, within 1km radius of me there are dozens of massive trees down some across houses. People with flooding through houses and shed, roofs blown off etc. The Bobcat can be fixed easily by me.

Yay, power just came back on, over 2 days later. They reckon it will be next week still for some.

That's good. Shame about the Bobcat, but as you said, you can fix it. A lot of people are in a lot of trouble that they can't fix.
