do you know how many V8s were made? Or how many HBD vans in total?

There are no exact records of engine type for these V-Series Sandmans but V8's certainly out number V6 versions. The grand total of HBD V-Series Sandman canopy conversions is 224.
My database which is the biggest complied on these and growing. Shows V-Series models around 2:1 ratio V8's over V6.

If you spot one your interested in, shoot me the details and I will tell you what I already know about the Van. If I know nothing and it's a new one on me I will add it to the V-Series database.
The database covers VU to the current VF Sandmans and all AMCAT Panel Van Conversions.
