The commodore (VN) axle seal is spot on but as said earlier the disc is touching the caliper.

I think the other fix would be to go back to drum brake seals and put a spacer behind the bearing cup in the diff housing which would get rid of the end float and also position the axle out further.
That could have been what I did! lol. Im a machinist by trade. So if I did have to do that it would have taken me 5min work. Hence the lack of memory for it.

What axles you using? drum or disc? as they are different.
