Correct.
The shoutbox is a separate plug in to the forums, so if a post or thread is deleted by Moderators or member it still stays in the shoutbox. Ideally the Shoutbox should be used for chat and not posting notifications, but I enabled it for ease of use for some people and now it is habit.

Nope, I didn't delete it but it's funny how someone who is allowed to have his opinion unabated can't seem to tolerate the same back. That car is ugly, end of story.

Makes more sense now. Just didn't make sense, and i'd seen it happen before but this one was easy to show in a screen shot. I thought if you'd deleted your own post it would also show up in the shoutbox though?
