Only thing different is the snout of the chassis is cutoff the WB to clear the radiator support hence one of the 3 x bolts that hold the front bar on (forwardmost one each side) does not line up when you try to fit a HQ-HZ bar to a WB chassis. Best bet is to use a HZ chassis or find a donor chassis (any type) HQ-HZ and weld the snouts on to the WB rails where the ends are lopped off.
