Hz floor threaded holes

The bucket seat bases have provision for bolts on in and outside of leg at each corner, and on my ht I use all of these, ie 8 bolts per bucket. But my hj floor has 4 threaded holes and looks like 4 more inside each of those, but filled with mastick, so can't tell if they have thread or not. I wonder if factory decided to cut down on bolts.

When I was cleaning up the floor, I probably scraped out the mastick. I will check the seat bases when in the shed next.
