Hi Beachy, 2200kgs was standard GVM on commercials HJ/HX (vans I know and possibly utes) which was for standard commercial tyres. The sandman pack came with passenger tyres which reduced this to 1950kgs for vans 1860kgs for utes I think. But you could option your sandman with the commercial tyres hence the normal 2200kgs, this was then known as a sandman XU3 option.

As far as kingswood in HJ, I believe it was available through HJ on utes, even though it has been said on here that late ones are rare or barely turn up.
