    Your spot on wally common sense is pretty much all you need but its just not there any more.
    I've been pretty lucky with the last couple of blokes. Just had one guy finish his time
    my second year just done his acl at basketball and my first year is still getting the hang of things
    So we have gone from a crew of 4 to 2 in 3 months and doing roofing the more hands the better

    I grew up on a farm the old man said you have to have to qualified in something so I did a plumbing apprenticeship and still plumbing 28 yrs later it's a good trade something different everyday my last 2 apprentices have been a nightmare I blame the education system for dropping the technical side of theeducation system I go for tradesman these days far less worries and when I can back to the farm
