I've run this website for a few years now and we've had a few bumps along the way, but we get through it. I've also been away for work a lot of the time and haven't been online everyday checking posts. However today I spent 4 hours reading old threads and posts from the past 6 months and I am gobsmacked at some of the bullshit that I read here, seriously some of you seem to go out of your way to be dickheads!

Play nice, respect each other and if you can't share an idea then you can all fuck off and I'll will shut this site down permanently.

How do you expect to gain more members, interest from others people about your/their car if you act like spoiled privileged children? Pull your heads in and respect this forum or you will be removed.

I've been taking care of personal issues and been away for a little. There's an element of pride about this place as 99% of y'all are stand up great people. Then the 1% come along and put a spanner in machine.... And potentially cripple the whole forum.

There are times when moderators aren't here to babysit the 1% of the douchbags.... Might be time to be more ruthless and take out the trash.

Have to say it, act your age.... Not your shoe size. And respect everyone's opinion across the board... No exceptions.

When I first joined I was so green you couldnt set fire to me and there we a number of people, including Byron, who went out of their way to explain things to me. They helped me identify parts, numbers, dates, colours all the information I need to make the car I love perfect.
Today most of those people no longer come on the site, and who loses? Those new members that will be keeping these cars alive in years to come.
The petty, childish, attitudes of some people is beyond belief.
Some members might say just ignore the idiots. Why should members be subject to this in the first place for having and expressing an opinion.

this has to be no doubt one off the best car forums in OZ
im on a few and this has the most respectful members i know bar 1

Yeah, me too. I know there's been a bit of agro, but I didn't think it was excessive. At least not on the stuff I've read.

Anyway, rules are rules and we do all need to play together.

Valencia, You are so right! This is one of, if not THE best automotive forums that I've seen. I am a member on a few, but none come close to this one and it's the only one I am on daily.
