mechanical autometer water gauge to suit 304

Whats everyone running in autometer for temperature gauges in the 304.
Mechanical or electronic.

Have a spare mechanical autometer water gauge that I was hoping to use But doesn't adapt to the 304 banana manifold. Have tried pirtek but unable to get an adaptor.
Do u have to drill it out and tap the manifold to suit.

what have you done in the past.

Try the local plumbing supplies the old holdens are conventional plumbing sizes not sure about a 304 though but worth a try if your having trouble
