    Rekon it is great value. When you look at insurance value vs actual replacement 30k is reasonable.

    Nice house mate. How wide will the front deck be and will you put a roof over it. Love your van too.

    Its a Harkaway Pavilion. 2.4 verandas all round. Harkaway are a great bunch of people - enthusiastic about what they do and it shows.

    You would have an Attic with a roof line like that wouldn't you ? 30k for your van is about right I think, good luck with it.

    If your interested I could start a thread about building the house. Doing the stumps was backbreaking, I now know why slabs are popular. The roofline is so high because Harkaway do these really tall exterior walls so that they fit with the period. Th internal walls can be normal height 2.4 - 2.7. We chose 3.0 cause any taller gets hard to clean and heat. They can go 3.6 which is what they would have been in this period. These guys are so good at the details, when people see the completed homes they automatically assume they are restorations.
