WTB: 3.08 diif gears

So my diff is absolutely shot, 40+ years of wear ad tear plus the owner not maintaining it well see the gears completely worn away.

Looking for a good set of 3.08 gears let me know if you have any for sale.

You cannot buy these new, unless you have some secret source that you are not willing to share.

Yeah that's right confirmed this morning. You can't get them anymore. You can still get LSD hemispheres to suit. I was getting confused with the commodore ones advertised sorry. When I used to run a gearbox diff shop years ago you could. Can't believe they have stopped them. Might be an opening for getting some made overseas..... I looked on EBay as well. About 6 people advertising used sets on there. Cheers

I have a HZ that is supposed to have 3.08 diff but has 3.36.

You would think someone in the States would make them, considering how many vehicles have them.

Thanks guys - I have had a set sourced by the mechanic rebuilding the diff for me.
