I hate to say this but you starting price is way off.
I paid $16k for mine unrestored it owes me $50k and haven't touched the engine yet.

I understand that 25k plus would possibly be a starting price for a restored Sandman van.
In saying this, Restored Sandman vans have been advertised for sale on "my sandman" recently for 30k negotiable.
I am looking at a couple of options here.
1 - 25k plus starting price for a restored Sandman (please note the "plus" I have added & no top end price).
2 - Up to 20k for a HX, HZ or WB V8 plated restored van (non Sandman).
Patiently waiting for right van to become available.
