So powder coating my inner front guards is not such a good idea?
May have to reconsider and paint instaed.

Expensive but por 15 is a nice product when it comes to protection. last set of inner guards I did I primed with por 15 then sprayable/paintable gravel stop then some more por 15 on top. Looks sweet and seems to be holding up great. For my suspension I used the por 15 Chassis cote a nice satin looking finish and good protection.
Cheers Dave
A good 2 pac job is better on a car than powder coating depending on the item.
The por15 products are excellent and will lay flat even after being brushed on creating a nice shine. Make sure you get it right first time because this product is crazy hard to remove.
ive used por 15 on a trailer and also used the tank sealer on my harley fuel tanks..
very expensive but very good..if you dont follow the directions you can end up in the shit and they reckon you may as well start with another part rather than trying to remove the por 15 coating..:weights:
Have use it on a few hk ht hg vehicles where the front clip meets up to the bulk head which is a normal spot for bad rust. It's hard as nails and you would be going at it for 5 times longer with sandpaper to remove compared to 2 pac or other variants.
The initial outlay in dollars will be better than having to undo a lot of work later and repair again.
