Good mate of mine has exactly what you have described. He has been a GMH nut all his life. It is that light blue, sky blue colour. 100k genuine on clock. Only problem is he won't part with it, otherwise I would own it.

there was as reef green hz 253 4 speed that came up in northern nsw with 78,000 kms from new. was banged up with dents etc and the guy ended up getting 11k

Maybe. There is really no difference between 80 to 84 though. Slight trim updates later that's all.

Where are you ? What do you want to spend? Just had a quick look and there are a few on gumtree and ebay. As WB said all wb's are the same, especially when given a stato front end.
