Don't you just hate it when the dash rattles and you cant find it anywhere? Been looking for one on my dash for months now and probing every square inch of the dash to locate it without luck...until i spotted a blind set screw head sticking up ever so slightly next to the speaker grill! Bloody nut had wound loose underneath (probably because of the broken duct tab) and the bolt was just rattling enough to be annoying. All sorted now with a big washer and back to normal.
