Hey guys, hows the best way to check if a steering wheel that someone is selling is broken? You cant really put your foot on it & pull to test in front of someone. I remember going to look at a van in a Parramatta rd car yard years ago & the steering wheel looked fine, but when you grabbed it, it almost folded over. Also is it above the right hand spoke the most common place to break, & is there a way of reconditioning these wheels?
