I put one away 15 years ago and recently got it out and the top is now floppy- very disappointed. Broken internally above the spokes on both sides. Looks perfect, makes me wonder how many on ebay are like this, I wouldn't buy one unless I saw it in person. Anyone any ideas what would cause this?
Ive got a 3mm thick original wheel and ive got two 5mm wheels ,talking to fellas at the car shows most agree the 3mm are stronger and less prone to breaking ,i was at a swap meet talking to a fella who a few years back wrecked monaros etc and just about every gts wheel that came off a manual was bent.
