No van had them from the factory. It was the 1st mod everyone performed, otherwise you got a (open) window full of water in your lap when you hit the brakes after rain. I've seen some real awful jobs done with way too large drills and even pieces of gutter cut out. a 1/8" hole is the absolute maximum!
