older mate of mine in his 60's is a bit of a blind bat and not really in tune with this dogs - 4 blue english staffies. one of them had putrid breathe so i took her to the vet for him. initially misdiagnosed as a 'blocked salivary gland' as there was an infection near the molar on the exterior gum line. 2 weeks passed and the smell was still there so I took her back. Bingo - bamboo stick jammed sideways in the roof of her mouth for what would appear to have been months! poor thing. dumb staffy, even dumber owner

My labrador is awesome......loves hanging out in the shed while im working, doesnt dig holes, doesnt chew everything in sight.....but eats like 10 men....always have to watch his diet. That said, that poor dog having that stuck in its mouth......surely the owner wouldve picked up on clues soemthing wasnt right

i love staffies. i'd own one if the mrs would've be into it. labs are ALWAYS HUNGRY!!
