    It appears there is no answer for you :errf:

    The HX is obvious, but the numbering could mean anything most likely a batch number or line code for the car it was going in. It may relate to a build sheet number.. I just don't know.

    However the more we find of these and put pieces together then we might find out.

    prety sure knox carpet had a number on them like that. Did they supply holden as well as aftermarket?

    Could the F relate to it being the front carpet section! I'm not sure wether the front carpets sections in sedans and wagons were the same for Vans and utes! Might have just been an indicator mark for the trim line to easily identify the right bits!

    thanks guy's if i find anything else i will post it up. been a bit lazy still have to get the passanger seat out the werst thing is i have had to grind the tops of the bolts to get the seats out
    still have to pull the dash out so there still may be something there

    i had the same problem in my HQ sedan, the bolts were rusted and stuck, if you put some wd-40 let it sit there for a few weeks, than heat them up with an oxy torch ( if you have one) and hit with a hammer they should eventually become unstuck

    thanks i'll give it a go i put a sh!t load of wd40 on to start with i only managed to get one bolt out the rest had to be ginded
    what a awkward spot though hey
