Upper tailgate for sale. Comes with hard to find handle. Very minor rust at bottom & missing RHS strut bracket, otherwise in good condition. Came off a HZ Sandman, I bought as a back half with the firewall cut out for the side window panels in my van. $400. Brisbane.....
Handle have a key? That locks the handle and doesn't just spin the lock tumbler?

Hi Rob. Nope, no key. pretty sure it's easy to get re-keyed though.
Yep that's your best bet. Your local locksmith can set the lock to suit a key or make a key to suit the lock.

I reckon one in this condition, needing a key & re-chrome would have to be worth upwards of $50. A reconditioned one would be $150 - $200 ??? Ozbox might have a better idea.....
