18v or 19v hmmm (scratches where beard would be) - it's all a matter of perspective and which model you want them for.

If they need re-trimming then they may as well be any colour as you will get them re-trimmed anyway. Very hard to fix and not worth the effort. Get them fully re-trimmed.

Therefore, buy the best seats you can regardless of colour. Go for ones with nice firm foam. Best to get 2 passenger seats as the foam will be much better. They can swap the hinges over no problem when they re-trim them.

Other colours are usually cheaper as well.
