I always try and see two point of views, and I think I can see why you're posting and also why the seller is frustrated. We all want to get good advice so we don't buy the wrong car, it looks to be like a fine example if not 100% original. However, I don't think you're going to get mint off the factory floor for 30k or ever 35k
So in my mind I really can't see how a new windscreen, needing few consumable items for a roadworthy / brakes / radiator really should be in the mix here. You're not buying a new car, it's a classic, keeping it on the road will cost you plenty more.
