We rented a 2015 5.0 GT Mustang recently in the US. The car had about 36,000 miles (close enough to 60,000km) on it and as far as the auto goes you could certainly tell it felt even more tired than that, more like 200+K. Very slow to engage either forward or reverse and just felt sloppy all round. It was probably low on box fluid but being a rental we didn't bother checking as I'm tipping we weren't the first to get in it and find out just what it was capable of. With all of the abuse it never over heated though, but I'm tipping we never thrashed it quite as hard as the NSW coppers did with theirs though.

Apart from that, the only real criticism is with the seats in any way near a comfy position for someone around 6'4" they are just about against the back seat. Then again you don't buy one for the same rear seat access as a sedan. Sport mode tightened the car right up, shifts more firm (the ECU even blips the downshift for you), engine reasonably responsive but will never set the world on fire for outright grunt, and certainly drew comments from many people in car parks. Some nice touches (high wank factor) like cascading rear indicators, Mustang insignia shone onto the ground in front of each door when it is unlocked at night etc are certain to appeal to people impressed by lightshows.

Nice car to drive, a pity we couldn't get a Camaro though.
