I can see XX7 Utes becoming very desirable. Truck driver at work rang up about a WB for sale at Manila the other day. They were asking $25000. It was already sold.

The rear guards do look flared? they should not be wider than the body line and it appears that they do. The motor shown in the photos is definitely not a QT prefix block from that car. If you look closely around where the transmission locating pins are, the casting is different for the later series blocks to provide more strength the casting is straight. On the earlier QT blocks the casting curves around the pins. But even so, a great colour combo and with 308 manual is highly collectable. Its all repairable and a major job like that blue HQ panelvan. I hope its repaired and not just plates wacked onto another car!
