    Sandman 6 wheeler

Anyone seen the 6 wheeler on eBay? would suit guys like AmbientGoat who need the extra length in the back for sleeping. Sorry can't do link. Is a Hj originally 308 manual, still has its gts stuff, is in SA, with 8 hours to go is a tad over $4K, reserved met.

Back in the 80's no-one cared if it was a XX7 or not. A couple of show vans were 6 wheelers.
Be a bit worried about the skylight in the back. Good luck getting anything straight and smooth.

It's only potential is making it a 4 wheel camper accessory

Sure would stand out from the 55 Sandman original restorations at a Van Nats.

Rebody and chassis back to 4 wheels (for a traditional Sandman), then use 6 wheel body as a tandem trailer - that would be cool combo I reckon.

Too much work for me though!

Back in the day that would have been a very nice custom van.
