Thread: 65 and 70 profile tyres.

    65 and 70 profile tyres.

    Hi all,

I am after some photos of 70 profile tyres on the front and rear of vans if anyone has any.

I currently have 65 profile tyres on the front of the van and am considering 70 profile tyres as 60 will be too low a profile.

I have to get new tyres anyway and if they look good, a larger profile tyre will be cheaper than mucking around with the suspension to raise it a little.

    Thanks for the help.

It's all relevant to width. 60 series = 60% of the width 70 series 70% of the width. So a skinny tyre with 70 series profile could be exactly the same height of a wider tyre with 50 series profile.

Yes, saw these at Vintique Tyres, like to see photos of these on a van or ute just to see how they look.
