Hi mate, I don't think such a thing would exist or be possible for the situation , at least not with the chassis length ways like it would normally slide under the body, primarily because the rotisserie supports are on the ground at the back and front, not to mention that if your putting the body only on the rotisserie then it is shorter than the chassis anyway.
You could make some brackets and attach trailer jockey wheels to wind the body up and roll the chassis out. Typically you would make the brackets attach to the door hinge bolts and the lower tailgate or bumper bolts.
Obviously you need to space them so you can turn the jockey wheel handle. You might even delete the handle and attach a drill/driver with a socket to drive the worm gear.
