HZ 5.75" headlights - flat or convex

As above, i am looking at hella or cibie headlights. Cibie have the option of a flat or a convex lens.

Does anyone know if HZ's left the factory with a flat lens or convex? I am also assuming Hella was the original supplier for a HZ.

The lens on H4 headlights in HZs were very slightly curved, but mostly appear to be fairly flat as compared to the sealed beam type lights that were noticeably curved. These headlights were Hella brand in 7" & 5-3/4"
