    Is this a HZ Sandman

Hi Guys, chasing some info if anyone can help me.

Came across a HZ Panelvan, my guess is that it is a Sandman from what I am reading on here but could be totally wrong,
Vehicle been totally repainted in a different colour.

    Anyway, details as follows,

    HZ8WM70
    8M70RHL398623Z
    Built 11/1977
    GVW 1950
    Seating Cap 2
    l32, M20 and GV7
    trim 1920 - 18v

IMO HZ is one of the models you need to look for body identifiers. i was certain I had one (XU3) on the basis of tags but it was missing so many of the body identifiers I lost confidence and didn't buy it. The 1950 GVM and 18V trim on an early HZ certainly look positive!
