It's all subjective, sentimental values aside, different things have differant value to different people in different situations.
I personally wouldn't pay that for what it is, but someone else with time and the right skills at their disposal may think it's a great oppotunity to do a fantastic restoration of a great car.
If it sells for a big markup, good luck to Brett. It'll be interesting to see what happens to it over the next few years.
