Sandman rims question

Is there a date code on GTS rims, if so where would it be?

gts rims correct name is rally 2s and were originally a pontiac wheel and started in 1970 ..the 1970 rims were a 14 inch inner with a 15inch outer..extremely rare.
there is a couple of types of 14 inch early pontiac rally 2 rims in offset..australia got the made in cananda type offset which is refered to as canandian rims and suit all the early gts up to the end of 73 early 74..easy way to pick canadian rims with the tyres on is they will have stamping in numbers and letters as a code next to the air valve on both sides...after that they were made by roh and will have no markings at the air valve and will be date coded on the inner rim which you would need to have a tyre removed to see.. i shall do a thread with pictures of date coding marks in my workshop on rally 2s coz they are a big kettle of fish..:geegee:

What cost do you sell unrestored GTS rims for ozbox?

100 to 125 per rim depending on date codes or wether they are roh or canadian..ive got a few sets at the moment..im cornering the east coast market..:Pirate:

On three of my rims marhed by the valve I have the code M54 6 27HN.The 6 has a line above and below it.And the other rim has the id code of M54 6 11HN does this mean one rim has a differet off set??

no..they are canadian/pontiac rims...the codes just relate to different styles of pontiacs in america..look at that link i gave you once before regarding rally 2s and all will be explained..
