77 HX Sandman seat belt question

I took the belts out of my sandman before I snapped pictures and now I'm stuck on the mounting. I figured out where the recoil unit mounts to the B pillar and the upper bracket mounts to the B pillar but where does the other mount go that attaches to the floor or seat area?

Should be bottom of B pillar. Just to be sure you have them right, recoil unit mounted on B pillar about 8 inches below top mount then belt goes across your chest to buckle and back over your lap to bottom of B Pillar

So all 3 of the mounts are bolted to the B pillar then. I had the car all upholstered before I remembered the belts and they made a panel to cover the B pillar but they did put holes in the hardboard so I just need to slit the material. If the re-coil is only about 8" below the upper mount, I'll have to double check that area. That would put the recoil about level with the bottom of the door glass opening?

The top of the recoil is about even (maybe a bit below) the bottom of the window. I can get some actual measurements tonight, although someone else might have their car handy now for you

In the Hj it's just below the vent, a little to the rear
