don't think this would constitute 'private use' which could have massive ramifications for an insurance claim if something went pear during the exercise bro. personally, i can see why no one is tripping over themselves. Sorry if this sounds negative but i have a feeling the downside risk is greater. probably a better proposition for someone with a daily driver holden van with a sandman sticker kit?

I would suggest that like any other lease/hire arrangement the hirer would need to take out insurance with a reputable insurer on the car (over and above owner's insurance) to cover the activities and the owner would be named on the policy as an interested party. Easy fix.
