Hi everyone, been looking for a Sandman for a long time now, a cheap, not to bad one that I could bring back to it's full glory with my son. Well you would know that ain't no easy task.
I have just found a windowless HX that has the N (Kingswood) on the plate, but it is straight as a die, has had all rust repaired, painted flat black to seal, 308, TH400, WB Statesman front end, GTS Dash and wheel, Bucket seats for 5 grand. It's rough inside and will need the seats done/replaced, roof lining replaced, door trims replaced, top of dash replaced, but it's all there and nothing looks bad at all.

Should I bite the bullet and buy this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Innuendo, don't think it will be going back to the glitter poo tho haha. Might be to far gone to make into a tribute, what with the WB statesman front, but might build it along the lines of the Sandman, just won't write Sandman all over it.
Thinking of going that Aquarius colour, looks good and is the kids star sign but have heaps of time to study all the great toys on here and make up my mind.
