Bastards !! Article in today's Tele saying that dealers are charging between $6000 and $10,000 for the 'dealer delivery fee' rather than the regular $2500. They are saying its a simple case of 'supply and demand'. Some signed contracts with $2500 delivery fee have been torn up with the vehicle sold on to someone else at a higher price. Holden has had to intervene in these cases after customer complaints. The article was referring to V8's.

Wow. You can not use supply and demand when there was always a known quantity of production surely? That's really going to help Holden move these rubbish new Commodores in the future! Anyway, I guess if you are stupid/desperate enough to pay $10000 for a dealer car wash then go ahead.
