do you need to vinyl weld the seams on bucket seats does this make it stronger or weaker your views cheers rocky

I dont think so. It would be brittle I reckon. The patterns are welded using ultra sonic vibrations. It's the same way they weld metal threaded inserts into plastic. I did a couple of years polly welding in the mines. To actually weld plastic it ends up completely hard and in flexible.
