I am happy knowing the HQ LS that I had gave me a few years of joy. It was great to drive but even in the late 1970's caused me anxiety when I parked it that it would still be there when I returned to it.
It suffered some scratches and flat tyres from others jealous of it. The memories remain in the photos and knowledge I had the car. It even visited the Bathurst one year. It also helped understand the car when having parts made over the later years.
