Like you say, it really depends on the time of year, sometimes I go past and it is completely empty, went through at 2am Tuesday and saw 2 vans there - looks like the season is ending!!!

I rep for Unilever and drive the same roads visiting all the supermarkets from Bundy To Dysart, Moura, Clermont, Taroom, Mundubbera to Gympie and everything in between.
Wow, being involved in Food service I have an idea how many products Unilever produce, it would be near half the stock of some shops!

Anyway, you ever done the run to Theodore through Cracow?
I have done that trip a few times, and quite enjoy the drive, I find I use less petrol then going through Monto and over the range (~$30 less) Just don't go via Camboon unless it is really dry and you have the extra hour (or a 4wd truck and team)
