I have not measured, more a feeling thing, I haven't been in the back of an original for a long time so I might be dreaming.
I was under the impression that I could not remove the back glass in the Monocoque Chassis, would definitely be interested if its possible. Guessing it would involve quite a bit of work to strengthen the chassis. Would also have to sort the seal on the back first or end up with dust everywhere.
