That's not as bad as I thought. But still they are relying on the plastic bed liner. Reminds me of the old single skin Ford Escort panel vans.

Not sure how much longer the Amcat canopies will be available, they have recently been taken over by a couple of enthusiasts but I get the impression that the business was failing.
Do you know how much those canopies cost Camper ball park figure ???
Thinking of getting one on this juice guzzler

$5,000 - will only fit it in Melbourne, they need it for a week.

    Hey All,

thought I'd let you know what I've been up to lately

In the last few months I've been to Mackay/Eungella, Isla Gorge and most recently a 6 day, 4,000k trip to Sydney to see Grinspoon

    I went back to Crackow

    Theodore

    Seventeen Seventy

    Got to see a Platypus

    Mackay region

Fell in love with an Overlander

    I did'nt buy it, yet...

Some may remember the old ute in the middle of a dam I posted a while back, I went back that way, Ute's still there but the dam has gone. The country is a tinder box

    And clean again

    Went camping at Isla Gorge

    The road to Isla

I got breath tested the next morning, 10am on a Tuesday in the middle of nowhere, cops on both sides of the road stopping all. It can happen anywhere

Tomorrow I'll post the Sydney trip, for now some sunset porn

Great photos Camper. Great car to do it in.

Having just got back to home (South of Sydney) from a trip camping at Wreck Rock (near 1770) I have a new appreciation to just how big QLD is, and how much ground Camper has actually travelled. I was 550 km up the coast of QLD but that's basically just in the south east corner when you look at a map of the whole state.
