Want a corner carver? Use poly for the sway bar and strut rods. I used Moog on the bushes.

All my control arms have new bushes and ready to go, I'm looking to re-paint the springs in original (as per factory specs) but am unsure on what the original colour was, can anyone please assist? How can i tell if the springs are original or lowered, will the overal spring length tell me this? It's in a HJ 308 ute.

    Well what a cock up.
Just had to do a rebuild of the front end.
Our Holden dealer stuffed up by not putting the left hand side spring in correctly.
    End story new bushes.
No wonder they could not do a wheel alignment correctly.
This time done correctly and drives extremely good.

Yes well that would do it. ..
And you put all your confidence in the mechanic cause he's a holden dealer ( you and your family) it's scary stuff ...
I know of a person car serviced by a holden dealer they were driving along and the front wheel has decided to leave the vehicle just as well they were turning a corner and not going at speed.
