Looking at confirming the trim code for HX sandman van to see if it is original. Everything else checks out.
Trim code 1896-77V
Contessa Gold exterior, sure its not 67V?
Sorry I miss wrote that. Yes it's 67v

Does this make it a correct trim code?
Yes could be had on sandman, but doesn't mean it is a sandman
Are you able to help me work out if it is one.
Sorry dude, I might of misunderstood when you said 'everything else checks out' that it had all other numbers for sandman. Sure thing, post up all the numbers off the 3 plates as a start. Otherwise you can request a certificate for $90 from Holden Historic Services which will definitely say one way or another.

If you are buying check that the chassis number on the plate actually matches the one on the chassis near the steering box.
Those numbers all point to a sandman, so like 95% sure. If you want to be 100% contact HHS as a said earlier for a report
So if chassis number do not line up stay away from it? The cab has all the rite things like full head lining console mounts
